Sherron's Sheppard's Studio Arts and Gallery is a digital fine art studio, gallery, and Photoshop and Corel Painter workshop. In this Art Workshop, Sherron Sheppard uses Corel Painter and Photoshop digital effects to create fine-art using custom digital art techniques. Through the use of creative digital artistry effects and unique Photoshop techniques learned in this workshop, students will be able to create custom fine art.

A Master of Electronic Imaging, Master Photographer and Photographic Craftsman, Sherron Sheppard's creates digital fine art using Photoshop and Corel painter. In Sherron Sheppard Photoshop Workshops instruction includes Photoshop oil painting, Photoshop watercolor, cross processing, custom color palettes, digital infrared, custom deckle edges, SX 70 technique, digital infrared, burn and dodging, Photoshop art history painting and other artistic styles. Sherron Sheppard also teaches basic Photoshop digital art techniques needed to create Photoshop fine art including, Photoshop preferences, Photoshop layers and layer masks, color correction, custom shortcuts, sharpening, and custom brushes. In Sherron's Corel Painter workshops, Sherron teaches Corel Painter basics. She demonstrates digital painting techniques, how to create custom brushes and how to add hand embellishments to digital paintings.

In additions to Photoshop Workshops, Sherron Sheppard is also a fine art portrait photographer and, with Sheppard Photography, provides portraits for Santa Barbara, Ventura, Ojai, Oxnard photography clients, landscape photography, and fine art photography. In addition to fine art portraiture, Sherron photographs with infrared film and also produces digital infrared photographs. She then uses her traditional water color and oil painting art style to create custom digital art. Sherron also creates Bromoil fine art prints, a 1910 photographic process.

Sherron has been awarded Photographer of the Year four times by the PPC, Professional Photographers of California, and also Photographer of the Year by PPA, Professional Photographer of America. Sherron has also received 2 Kodak Gallery awards, Best of Show, 4 Fuji Masterpiece awards, 4 Judges Awards, 5 PPA Loan Collection images and is featured photographer at Photodex, www.Photodex.com. In addition, Sherron was awarded the Canon Par Excellence Award and ASP State and Regional Awards, plus the PPA Certified Photographers High Score award. In March 2008, "A Passage of Time" scored 100 at PPA's Electronic Imaging competition. At the 2008 PPA print competition Sherron received PPA 3 Loan Collection images and will be awarded a PPA Platinum Photographer of the Year in January 2009. Sherron will also receive her Master of Electronic Imaging degree.

Sherron Sheppard, along with Sheppard Photography, is a member of: NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Users ), WPPI ( Wedding and Portrait Photographers International ), PPA ( Professional Photographers of America ), ASP ( American Society of Photographers ), PPC ( Professional Photographers of California ), PPSBC ( Photographic Professionals of Santa Barbara County ), and CIPPA ( Channel Islands Professional Photographers Association ). Sherron's seminars are sponsored by Photodex, Lexjet, and Wacom.

Fine art photographer, Sherron Sheppard, with Sheppard Photography, Ventura and Ojai equine photographer, April Visel, with Sphere photography, teach an Equine Workshop, which is a digital art Photoshop, Corel Painter training and horse photography workshop. This Photoshop and on location photography equine workshop provides horse photography shoots with Andalusian, Arabian, Fresians, Gypsy Cobs, Gypsy Vanner, Luistano, Paso Fino, Peruvian Paso, Morgan, Spanish Horse and Fell Pony equine photo subjects on Summerland beach and in the mountains of Ojai.

April Visel, with Sphere Photography, is a member of IHPA, ( International Horse Photographer's Association ), the Equine Photographer's Network, The SYVAHA (Santa Ynez Valley Arabian Horse Association) and the Arabian Horse Association and works with Toadstool Farms, Ranch Fino in Ojai, Casa De Vida , Lionheart Andalusians, Dreamweaver Andalusians, Baroque Horses of Northern California, Jadecreek Arabians, Evergreen Arabians, Enzo LTD, Ojai Farms, Bonn-Fyre, Sommer Ranch Andalusians, Rancho Armenderiz, Chahuchu Peruvians and many other Arabian, and alusian, luistano, fresian, gypsy cob, Morgan, Peruvian Paso and Paso Fino horse farms, ranches and equine trainers. Her fine art horse photography work has been seen in Arabian Horse World, Arabian Horse Times, Conquistador Magazine, Paso Fino World, Showtime, and PRE Andalusian Magazine as well as the Foundation for the Pure Spanish Horse.

She has worked with horse trainers such as Greg Gullun, Mike Damianos, Ramon Bacera, Ricardo Aquilar, Nick Phillps, Jaqueline Tarrolly, German Baca, Carey Hannigan, Charolette Dicke.
Many of April Visel's horse pictures and horse photography have been seen around Ojai, Ventura, Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez. April Visel Photography also provides wedding, portraits, landscape, architectural and travel photography as well as Equine Photography. She has shot weddings and engagement on the beaches of Summerland and in the hills of Ojai as well as weddings in Santa Barbara, Ventura, Catalina, Oxnard and Santa Ynez.
